    You have to download the Lenditt app from the Play Store or App Store. Register with an official mail id and fill in basic profile details. Upload your payslip and fill in the loan amount and click on Apply.

  • How do you decide my eligibility?
    The eligibility of loan applicants is considered based on the terms and conditions that we have set.
  • What is the time period for my loan to get sanctioned?
    You will get the status of your loan in just 15 minutes.
  • What if the loan is not paid back?
    Lenditt has all rights to legally take action if the loan amount is not paid.
  • Can a self-employed person avail loan with Lenditt?
    Unfortunately, we are not providing loan to self employed person.
  • What is the minimum and maximum loan amount I can avail from Lenditt?
    Minimum loan amount is from Rs.10,000 up to Rs.50,000.
  • What is the interest rate?
    Interest rate will be 0.10% to 0.40% per day depending on the risk profile.
  • What are the documents you need to apply for the loan?
    1. Pan card 2. Aadhaar card 3. Driving license. 4. Salary slips.
  • What is the loan tenure?
    Loan tenure is 61- 90 days.
  • Are there any special offers or discounts for women?
    Yes, we do have special discounts for women. Register yourself and apply and get to know your customized offers.
  • Which are all the cities Lenditt serves?
    We are available in PAN India, we provide priority support to below cities: Bangalore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Kochi, Jamshedpur, Nashik.
  • What about the security of our data?
    All your information data will be secure and safe with us Access of your contacts will be in our server
  • My Approved Loan Limit is less.
    Dear Customer, post verification of your salary account statement, we have approved the limit. Please note, limit increase is subject to salary verification. It may increase by making repayment of loan on time.
  • How much time will it take for verification process?
    Dear Customer, we are reviewing your profile. You are in queue, do not worry status will be notified in your application once it is updated. We request you to wait.
  • I am unable to register the E-Mandate.
    Dear Customer, for registering the eMandate below are the points that should be taken care while processing: 1. NetBanking service must be activated in the bank account to register the eMandate. 2. You must have active Debit Card or Internet Banking to register the eMandate. Please be assured, we never store the credentials. 3. Once you have completed the registration, kindly do not close the page or press the back button. Please wait till the page is automatically redirect to the merchant's site (Lenditt App). I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
  • Loan Disbursed from App but Not Credited in Account?
    Dear Customer, once the disbursement is initiated, amount will be credited to your bank account within 24 hours. If you have not received the amount for more than 24 hours, kindly write us at support@lenditt.com. Our support executive will get in touch with you within 24 hours to assist you further.
  • Repayment: Auto debit amount not yet deducted
    Dear Customer, ECS gets deducted anytime in a day, hence we request you to maintain sufficient balance till the EMI amount gets deducted from your bank account
  • Auto debit amount not yet updated
    Dear Customer, please do not worry, ECS gets updated in the system by End of the Day. We will notify you once it is updated.
  • Manual Payment not yet updated
    Dear Customer, kindly share the payment screenshot and updated bank statement on collections@lenditt.com. Our support executive will check and get back to you in same regards.
  • Unable to make the payment in application
    Dear Customer, kindly share the error screenshot on collections@lenditt.com. Our support executive will get in touch with you in same regards.
